Oven Fried Potatoes II
great kick off recipe and the cooking time was right on. I didn't have any lemons so I squeezed an entire lime into my ovoo & seasoning salt. I think the lime (and probably the lemon) give these fries a little, unexpected kick. Gobbled up in no time! Thanks!

Easy Cheesy Cream of Broccoli Soup
Wow! Great recipe! Exactly what I had in mind when I began to crave soup for lunch. Of course I can leave well enough alone so I did tweak a bit. I used fresh broccoli which I poached in chicken stock then mashed with my potato masher. Then added the cream of mushroom soup, cheese, and one can of milk. I am going to top with a bit of shredded cheddar and enjoy my lunch! Perfect for a chilly afternoon :) Thanks!

Classic Thanksgiving Dressing With Parsley, Sage and Thyme
don't make my mistake leave the bread chunks bite sized... make them quite small or it becomes a bit like buttered croutons with some flavor. Also I think a bit more liquid is necessary. Okay but not what I invisioned...
