Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas
I thought this was great. Simple, easy but all the flavors together were delish. I omitted green peppers and jalapenos (3 picky kids)- I also used frozen grilled chicken strips. Easy, basic, but spot on!

Donut Muffins
Awesome. Reminds me of Dunkin D's. I used Smart Balance Whipped for the mixture and real butter to dip (I have no margarine!). Kids love them. The kids wanted sprinkles on theirs and soon discovered that the cinnamon sugar were the best and sprinkles were not. I saved this to my recipe box after the first bite!
