Chili Mac Casserole
Am giving this 5 stars. My husband loved it, but thought that there could be more macaroni in it. Next time I will double the pasta amount.

Thit Bo Xao Dau
I made this with fresh from my neighbor's garden green beans and added snow peas. My husband raved about it! A definite repeat recipe in our house.

Scott's Savory BBQ Sauce
We used it on a smoked pork shoulder and it tasted great. Be warned that if the meat sits overnight in the sauce it will be HOT!
