I made this recipe, and it's good! I don't particularly care for vinegar, so I omitted that, and I also added pickle relish to the recipe which my family enjoyed, and chopped boiled eggs. I also loved the addition of shredded carrots. I give this recipe a 5 star rating. Very good!

As a "southern girl" I love some sweet tea! I gave this a 4 star because it's a little heavy on the sugar. I use about a cup and a quarter of sugar instead and I use lemon and orange slices too, Yum-yum! I am so glad that the rest of the country is now enjoying what we "southerners" have always known is a delight......sweet refreshing tea!

Use phyllo dough instead of trying to make the recipe version. The phyllo is a lot better, not tough, but light and flaky like I remember struedel tasting when I lived in Germany.
