Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Turkey

Made it this year, my first ever Thanksgiving Turkey....and it wasa fantastic! The turkey was so moist and it made fantastic gravy. The only thing I changed was I used turkey bacon. It tasted great. It's going to be a staple in my home on thanksgiving:)

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I made this for the first time last night, w/o changes. It is hands down the best oatmeal raisin cookie I've had...EVER! The cloves are just perfect! My husband, who doesn't do oatmeal raisin, was raving about these cookies!

Pralines, Coffee and Cream Cake

Very good recipe, esp for those who don't like chocolate, Kahlua is a bit overpowering though. Make sure you let the cream cheese come to room temp so the frosting will be smooth.

Better Than Sex Cake I

I've been making this easy and oh so wonderful recipe for awhile now. Every time there's not a piece left and everyone's asking for the recipe. I don't know about better than...but it can equal it's name;)

Blueberry Pie

Chicken Lo Mein

Much better than take out! I added water chestnuts, baby corn and carrots and there was still plenty of noodles/sauce to cover them. Yum. This is going into our rotation.

Thai Chicken Tenders

Made this for a change. Like other people, the sauce stays clumpy. The flavor is excellent, though! Will have to find a way to have sauce not stay so clumpy.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This was a very good, hearty and healthy(if you go low fat w/ the dairy) for you recipe. Husband doesn't like Mexican food and LOVED this! Will most DEFINITELY make this again

Crispy Mashed Potato Pancake

It was an easy and good recipe. I replaced Dill for the Italian seasoning and it was really tasty. It didn't get as crispy as I was expecting and burnt a bit....maybe use a bit more oil for a shorter period of time at a higher temp?

Chicken Tikka Masala

This is an excellent meal. The spices, esp the cinnamon and ginger, add such dimension to the dish. I made it for my boyfriend. He did nothing but rave about how it was one of the BEST things he'd ever tasted. Serve it with Jasmine rice for a great compliment to the sauce.
