Fast and Easy Tofu Lo-Mein
I thought this was pretty good with couple of changes hence, three stars. I added some cayenne pepper to spice it up a little and hardly used any of the ramen season packets. I also added couple of teaspoon of sesame oil. Veges I used were red pepper, onion, snap peas and celery and it turned out pretty good.

Hot and Spicy Tofu
Our whole family really enjoyed this. It's more like sweet and sour tofu. I also doubled the sauce to serve it over rice. Thank you for a great recipe.

My Best Clam Chowder
I agree with people who said they could taste the flour. I added more clams and a jar of clam juice but didn't help much. Would not make this again.
