Chicken Pot Pie I
This came out pretty good. I made a few modifications. Because I only boil chicken for my dogs, I seasoned 6 frozen chicken breast tenderloins and baked them for 20 minutes in my toaster oven. I used 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of cream of chicken soup. I used two deep dish pie crusts. I also used frozen vegetables and microwaved them for 3 minutes to get them tender. Because I love mushmooms, I added sliced baby bellas. I seasoned the filling with pepper, majoram, and a little basil. It was very tasty. The next time, I will probably use low sodium soups because it was a little too salty and I didn't add salt.

Never again will I pay $16 for this dish at a restaurant! I added crispy bacon to my dish. It came out great! Thanks for sharing.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
I knew when I saw over 600 reviews and nearly 5 stars that I found a winner. This is really good. I only wish I had some mushrooms to add. The steak is tender and surprisingly the stewed tomatoes taste good too. I bought whole ones because I though I would pick around them. I served with rice and a glass of Cabornet.
