Boneless Buffalo Wings
Delicious. I followed the recipe as written. I did have to double the flour mixture. Way better than any I have gotten at restaurants.

Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy
What a disappointment. The only thing I did different was to use turkey legs - I could not find wings. The gravy tastes like flour. Don't waste your time.
