Simply Divine Meat Loaf with Spinach
This is absolutely the best meat loaf I have ever eaten. My 14 month old granddaughter loved it. I used a chopped onion instead of the dried onion soup.

Spiced Nuts I
I love spicy pecans. The proportions I use are 1/2 stick butter, 1 TBS Tony's Creole seasoning and 1 TB. sugar. Melt butter, add seasoning and mix well, pour over pecans and stir well; pour on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, stirring often.

Toasted Pecans
I use 4 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon Tony's Seasoning. 1 cup of butter is way too much.
