Mini Salmon Loaf
What a great way to get the goodness of salmon with a small can if the fish! I found 1 cup of bread crumbs to drying; will cut it back next time. I'll also cut the sauce back by 1/2. Otherwise, it was great and it made two very generous helpings. Will definitely make this again.

Skillet Herbed Chicken with Mustard
As other readers said, this was truly easy and very good. Rather than use the tarragon which several said they didn't care about, I used fresh rosemary from my garden. Try it, you'll like it!

Gramma's Old Fashioned Chili Mac
This was awesome! I added a small can of chili sauce, some frozen corn and a package of chili mix (seasoning) and left out the sugar, salt and pepper. Will make it many times again.
