Coquito
This was delicious, but it would have been way oversweet with cream of coconut. I used one can of coconut milk, and it was perfect. I also used one cup of rum and no water. This may be a new Christmas Eve tradition. Thanks!

Onion Meat Loaf
I was excited to try meatloaf in the slow cooker, but this recipe wasn't for me. The ketchup flavor was too strong, and it crumbled apart even though I let it rest for a while before slicing. I might try again with my own changes.

Spicy Bean with Bacon Soup
Used fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder and added cilantro and salt 15 minutes before serving. Otherwise made as directed and really enjoyed this soup.
