Make sure you know your oven. The cooking time is essential to producing a cooked-to-order beef. We like it medium-rare at our house so we don't leave it in the hot oven as long as the recipe calls for. It's always come out moist and juicy for us.

The whole family loved this dish. We used Kraft Parmesan and Romano grated cheese and italian seasoned bread crumbs since that's what was in the pantry and it turned out great. We have also used this recipe for tilapia (shorter cooking time). Yummy!

My family loved this recipe. It was quick and easy. I used Splenda's version of brown sugar and Lowry's meat tenderizer in place of salt and it was very tasty. The kids didn't care for the onions, but loved the apples. But my husband and I loved the mix of flavors. My husband took the leftovers for lunch the next day. I'll be making this dish again

DELICIOUS!!! My husband said he could eat this at least 3 nights a week. I used Holland House red cooking wine and I used (2) packets of McCormick pork gravy mix. I served this with "green beans with bread crumbs"(another allrecipes favorite of mine)and mashed potatoes.

Excellent recipe! I used 8 thin sliced, boneless pork loin chops and reduced cooking time to 30/30. I also added 1 jar of button mushrooms. We will be having this one again. Thanks Dawn!

This recipe was a hit at our house. I took a chance and made it for the first time for company. I made a few minor adjustments. I used the whole can of chicken broth and only used 1 cup of italian dressing. I used frozen chicken tenderloins and cut them in half. I didn't drain the salad dressing. I put all of the ingredients in the crock pot at once, including the cream cheese and let it cook all day. I also added about 1 cup of frozen chopped onion. The end result was very "white" so I used tri-colored rotini pasta and topped each serving with green onion. Everyone went back for seconds and our company wanted the recipe to try at home. Great crock pot recipe!

This is by far one of the easiest recipes I have ever followed. It tasted great, too. The beef was deliciously tender. Loved it!

I loved this recipe! I did add a packet of taco seasoning and fresh diced tomatoes. Full of flavor. We will be having this again!

Very easy recipe! My whole family loved it. I have tried this recipe with and without a packet of onion soup mix. Using the soup mix gives the recipe the added "kick" that it needs to liven it up. I have served this over rice, but egg noodles would probably be great, too.
