High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Make sure you know your oven. The cooking time is essential to producing a cooked-to-order beef. We like it medium-rare at our house so we don't leave it in the hot oven as long as the recipe calls for. It's always come out moist and juicy for us.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
The whole family loved this dish. We used Kraft Parmesan and Romano grated cheese and italian seasoned bread crumbs since that's what was in the pantry and it turned out great. We have also used this recipe for tilapia (shorter cooking time). Yummy!
