Melissa's Turkey Meatloaf
Yum yum yum. This recipe was super easy. I substituted green peppers for the celery and used tomato sauce and ketchup instead of the soup. I also used condensed milk instead of regular milk which was fine.

Easy Scalloped Potatoes
What a great, easy recipe. I will definitely make this again. I also added a bit of vegetable broth for added flavor.

Mary Anne's Carrot Cake
I found that this cake came out too soft and oily for my taste. In hindsight I should have added a bit more flour and reduced the amount of oil even more than I did. I will say that the flavors in the cake were nice. I will make it again but will tweak it next time.
