Monster Cookies V
mixed and baked exactly as directed. cookies spread a bit to much. next time I cut back brwn sug by 1/2 cup, backed off pb by 1/2 cup. added 1/2 C flour and baked 13 minutes perfect!

Pat's Potato Salad
My only complaint is that it is to sweet. I would go with 1 Tblspn of sugar instead of 3. Other than that - a very good salad

Apple Walnut Cake
very good cake. not real sweet, but nice and moist. you could put a glaze on it if you want it sweeter. i made mine with 1/2 white flour and 1/2 whole wheat flour.
