Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake
excellent recipe. i did add some garlic and next time i will use more wine, less chicken stock - might use less peppers and throw in some mushrooms. . i was planning on a 9 x 13 pan, but needed bigger. this recipe is easy, delicious, and budget friendly.
