Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
This was pretty good, but not as flavorful as I would like. Next time I will double the spices, and maybe add some salsa directly to the filling.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
This was pretty good the first day, but *fabulous* after sitting overnight in the fridge. Now the trick will be hiding it from DH for that long!
