Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal Muffins
Was looking for a way to use up some of my maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal and found this! Turned out great. Dried cranberries would be a great addition. Streusel topping is a must!

Refried Beans Without the Refry
I have tried several crockpot refried beans recipes, and this one is by far the BEST and the EASIEST!! Next time, I will put in the whole jalapeno since we like spice and half did not spice it up, just flavored it well.

Asian Lettuce Wraps
I used all tofu, and it turned out great. Loved the addition of the sesame oil at the end (I used hot sesame oil). Don't skip this part!
