I made these last night to bring into my office this morning and everyone has raved about them. They couldn't be any more simple, yet delicious. I should have made an extra tray since they disappeared so quickly. I did roast the pecans with some melted butter per another review and will do that again.

If you are tired of fixing chicken the same old ways then try this dish! Even my two little boys loved it. It's definitely a keeper.
