Thai Sweet Sticky Rice With Mango (Khao Neeo Mamuang)
I really think 1 cup of sugar is far too much in this recipe. 3/4 cup did well. Next time I will even try a bit less in hope of reducing the sugar down as low as it needs to be for a balance of good flavor.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding
Any time you can pull together a fantastic dessert from things you really do have in your pantry, it's a 5 star!! Nothing extraordinary here, but it beats Jell-O by a mile, and satisfies a chocolate craving.

Spring Lime Tea Cookies
I am not a fan of recipe reviews which change the recipe and I truly believe that this is a great recipe as is. I did not use the glaze, which is where the disclaimer comes from. Instead, I made a drizzle out of powdered sugar and lime juice. We left some of the cookies without any topping, and they were still fantastic!!
