Champagne Cake With Buttercream Icing
The texture was very sponge-y and didn't have a lot of flavor. The frosting was really good though. Very good flavor and look. I did cut recipe in half, so I don't know if that is what caused the texture or not.

Taco Dip I
This was really good and easy, but I would reccemend beating the cream cheese first and seperately, then adding the sour cream. I just plopped it all together and the cream cheese clumped up into small balls. If you beat it first it will smooth it out.

Chocolate Caramel Nut Salad
I made this for a potluck. I found it to be a little messy, but easy to make and went over very well. Could us sugar free pudding. Maybe putting snickers in a food processer for a minute may cut down on messiness and give it more flavor. I don't have a food processer so I just cut the Snickers up very small.
