My family are carnivores. I would love them to become vegan or vegetarian but I believe food is a personal choice. I don't lecture them, and they don't lecture me. I am the cook of the house which means I cook everything.

Curry Grilled Chicken
I thought it was fantastic! I added curry to mine, and upped the honey/lime and boiled the marinade to make a sauce. Def a keeper, I'm going to use the leftovers (if there are any) with some fat free sour cream for healthy chicken salad

Berry Good Coffee Cake
I thought this was a fabulous coffee cake! The ingredients were perfectly balanced, and it's a wonderful treat for those that choose to eat healthier. Obviously the bad reviews came from those who don't follow directions very well, as it turned out beautifully for me.
