My favorite things to cook
Since seafood is in abundance here so I love to try new recipes with seafood. I also like to cook Italian and Mexican foods. Baking desserts is one of my favorite things to do.

Paul's Pumpkin Bars
These were excellent! Very easy to make. I made them for dinner guests and they loved them. I do think that I will add more spices to them next time. I also sprinkled finely chopped walnuts on top of the cream cheese icing.
