Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler

Good Muffin, though since not concerned with the health issue, I did increase the sugar to 1/4 cup brown sugar and 2/3 cups granulated..adding a touch of nutmeg to bring out the flavor of the berries a bit more as well. husband and children including one very picky 8 yr old all loved them.

Drink Mix Jelly

Omitted the fruit and made jelly with artic apple koolaid brand drink mix...It created a very unusual flavor, but one that the kids loved.

Oatmeal Dinner Rolls

I made these for 4th of July...they had a nice dense texture that went great with barbeque and baked beans. I made them larger than the recommended size, but just lowered oven temp to 300 F and kept them in for 30 minutes instead of 15. They are great the next morning with homemade butter and applebutter.
