Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Made this twice for the kids at the daycare center. Went over really well. Used double the amount of margarine instead of shortening which I never use. Turned out nice and chewy with soft texture. Would make again, especially using dried cranberries.

Almond Tortoni

Made this for my mother since she enjoys this type of dessert. Turned out pretty well. Omitted the green cherries and doubled the amount of red ones. Nice garnished with raisins too.

Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies

Very good and tasty. This is the best recipe for gingerbread cookies I've seen so far. Substituted dark corn syrup for molasses and used cookie cutters to make gingerbread men. Will make again.
