Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I have finally found a pot roast worthy of making. So simple and easy. Instead of using onion soup mix I used garlic and herb soup mix and substituted beef broth for the water. Served it with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Good stuff.

Basic Mashed Potatoes
Superb! Added 4 ozs of cream cheese; garlic powder; and less than 1/2 cup of milk. Served these with a pot roast I made and it was a huge hit. This will definitely be my new standard mashed potato recipe.

Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore
This wasn't bad, it just wasn't that good. It has a weird after taste to it. It smells great cooking though.
