Jamaican Me Crazy Chili

i was really excited to try this recipe. the best chili i've ever had was actually on our honeymoon in jamaica. this recipe, however, was bland and a somewhat watery.

this recipe is as awesome as everyone else says it is! i followed the advice of others and was able to make this without a breadmaker. i lined my baking dish with parchment paper and butter - they didn't stick at all! i baked mine at 350 for 25 minutes (20 min they weren't golden brown yet). i like that these come out perfect the first time you ever make them!

Best Brownies

great brownies! the frosting was too thick/hard, so i doubled the frosting ingredients (except for the powdered sugar). turned out great then. also, use melted butter instead of softened for the frosting.

Easy Key Lime Pie I

i should have followed others' advice and made 1 1/2 the filling. also, i couldn't find Key Lime juice so i used regular lime juice, which was ok, but i think i'll wait to make this again until i find Key Lime juice.

great recipe. tastes just like chocolate ice cream, but in a pie! i made double the filling, as others raters suggested, which was a little much. 1 1/2 would have been good. i refrigerated overnight as others suggested.

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

this was my first pumpkin pie and it turned out great! husband really liked. the topping was yummy too. i wish it had been a little firmer, though, but it was still excellent and very easy.
