Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
I recommend buying the kind you can microwave (with the plastic wrap on them)...easier to peel this way and also they will cook faster.

Cajun Baked Catfish
this was pretty good, although it took 20 minutes in my oven as opposed to the recommended 10-13 min.

Jamaican Me Crazy Chili
i was really excited to try this recipe. the best chili i've ever had was actually on our honeymoon in jamaica. this recipe, however, was bland and a somewhat watery.
