Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

Absolutely the best recipe I have found to make a Thanksgiving turkey. Make sure that the turkey rests on a rack and not on the bottom of the roaster pan, otherwise the turkey meat will fall apart and off the bones when removing the bird from the pan!

This was a fantastic recipe. The only thing I did differently was reduce the amount of basil down to 1/2 t. and the amount of hot sauce down to 1/8 t. (personal preference). Thanks for sharing!

Crispy Barbequed Tofu Slices
