Married, son born 2/2007, love to cook just don't always have the time (usually get husband to play/watch son) nutritious and still yummy foods! My mom and I like to try out new and healthy recipes for our families and don't mind being "guinea pigs" at all! Just blame it on the recipe if it doesn't turn out well! One time I thought I followed directions for some microwave brownies...they smelled good but I noted the box said to cook longer. It turns out I followed the directions exactly, and then some--including how to cook them in the oven as well!! :P I try not to create hockey pucks anymore!
