Jagerschnitzel
Excellent recipe, and my boyfriend who worked for a long time in a German restaurant loved it! I used fresh sliced mushrooms rather than canned and would probably use about 2 containers of them. I served it with Spaetzle, but mashed potatoes would also be good.

Cuban Ropa Vieja
WOW!!! I made a few alterations to make this my own, but followed the same basic recipe, and this was EXCELLENT! Just like the Ropa Vieja I have had at Cuban restaurants! Served over rice (no tortillas) and I used a beef chuck roast instead of flank steak. Thanks for a great recipe!

Green Curry Thai for Kings
This was my first attempt at making Thai food, and I was pleased. I must have not had a very strong green curry paste, though, because I put in about 2 tablespoons of it, and it still came out kind of bland. I will make it again, and add more, though. Excellent over jasmine rice, and I will try varying the veggies and adding different things. Thanks!
