Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
Honestly the best cornbread I've had. Very moist and fluffy. So easy to make, I'll never buy the box again. I made it exactly like the recipe called, and it was awesome.

White Chili I

Very tasty. In between a soup and a chili, even when I added some cornstarch. Adding sour cream and some crunched up chips makes the soup great!

Followed recipe exact but made extra sauce so we had plenty of gravy for potatoes. YUM!

Baked Ziti II

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2007
Not as dry as regular baked ziti. I make my own meat sauce to use which adds more seasoning, and use extra. Good recipe!!

This is tasty and simple. I use it frequently, my kids love it and it's easy on nights I don't feel like cooking!

I too added carrots, and sauteed the vegetables, ham and garlic before adding the other ingredients. This soup was super tasty! I will make this again soon!

Summer Beer II

Reviewed: May 22, 2006
Slurped down a couple pitchers of this over the weekend by the pool... so good!! I'm going to make this one all summer long! Don't cut the vodka down, it makes the lemonade too tart. Stick with the exact recipe and you will love it.

End of the Line Ham Casserole

Reviewed: May 1, 2006
Very good and easy. My whole family loved it. I cooked potatoes in microwave until almost done before slicing. I used a cheddar blend for the cheese and only cooked it about 20 minutes covered and then 20-30 uncovered to brown the cheese. Yum!

I make this all the time, just without the tomatoes. I use Dreamfields elbow macaroni instead of regular. Huge hit at our house!

Butter Rich Spritz Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2005
These cookies are so good and super easy. One of the easiest I have ever made out of a press. Will make every year!! The almond changes it and gives it a little "extra" over the traditional Spritz cookie. YUM!

Pumpkin Fudge

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2005
I made this yesterday and it turned out dry. I cooked it to 235 degrees after reading some reviews and I think I overdid it. The taste however, was great! I am going to try again and reduce my cook time. I love it!
