Cranberry Salsa

Really, really, really tasty. It was a nice substitute for cranberry sauce on Thanksgiving (Canadian Thxgiving).

Florentine Artichoke Dip

I followed the recipe, plus the recommendations, which were half the cream cheese and replace it by sour cream. I also added some extra spice cause we are hot food addicts. Great recipe though.

This are quite yummy, especially for a healthy snack. The only thing I would recommend is to flip them at seven minutes because the bottoms of the cookies tended to burn when I didn't. Other than that, love em. Keep coming with the healthy recipes!!

Washabinaros Chili

seriously great chili. My favorite so far. The third time I made it I added a can of chipotle chiles and it was great. the second time I made it I omitted the beans bk of my picky family and it was still awesome.

Chinese Shrimp and Tofu Soup

Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

I love sundried tomatoes but I think 12 is too many for this recipe bk it was pretty salty. I would add more vegetable broth, more spinach and less sundried tomatoes. It generally has a great flavor tho.

Baja Fish Tacos

Delicious, especially the sauce. Be careful that you have good ventilation in your kitchen. After I made them, my friend and I got into a cab and the cabbie started waving his hand in front of his nose frantically yelling "TOO MUCH LIKE FISH...IT SMELLS TOO MUCH LIKE FISH." A little embarassing.

Corn, Sweet Onion, and Tomato Salad

It's a really nice summer-salad recipe; if you are a cilantro fan like me. My friends either love it or hate it. The salad gets a little watery after it sits. I think it's the canned corn.
