Spanish Rice Chicken I
I made this for a dinner party with friends, and it was a big hit! Very easy to prepare, excellent flavor - what's not to like? I wouldn't change a thing, and I'll definitely make this again.

El Grande Borezo Chicken
If I were rating solely on ease of preparation, I would give this recipe 5 stars. It was incredibly easy to prepare, and it turned out well. The chicken was moist and did have a good flavor to it. My only complaint is that it needs a bit more seasoning. Next time I might use garlic salt instead of garlic powder, or I might add some more seasoning in addition to the garlic powder. I'll definitely keep it in my recipe box, though.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake
I made this cake for a potluck lunch at work, and it got rave reviews - all but about two slices were gone by the end of the meal! I substituted bourbon for the coffee liqueur, and used mini chocolate chips instead of the regular sized ones. I baked it for an hour in a stoneware Bundt pan, and it turned out great - very moist, and the bourbon gave it a good flavor. And it was so easy to make! I'll definitely make this one again.
