Cream of Tomato Soup
This is a lovely basic soup recipe; one of those kinds that can take you right back to your childhood. I didn't change a thing with the recipe, but served it with a dash of garlic powder, basil and cheese over the top. I will definitely make this again as I appreciated how very quick and easy it was to make!

Banana Flavored Jam
This recipe is an excellent alternative to making banana bread for using up over-ripe bananas! We have definitely enjoyed this both times I have made it, although I can't imagine having enough old bananas in order to be able to have 4 cups worth once mashed: so the recipe was quartered the first time, and halved the second, and both were still very yummy warm on French toast!

Lentil and Sausage Soup
For me this came out to be something that was not soup (which I am miffed about, since I don't think I had it on too high of a temperature), but what came out was still quite good. I will definitely make this hearty, cold-weather meal again, whether it turn out to be soup or otherwise.
