Sausage Linguine with Ginger Pumpkin Sauce
This sauce turned out pretty good, although I took quite a few liberties with it: I made it vegetarian and substituted lima and garbanzo beans for the sausage, I used a combination of plain yogurt and cream cheese instead of cream, and I mixed in some parmesan cheese at the end.

Cranberry Pork Chops II
This was great and moist as is. The only thing I changed was to cook it in the crock pot on high for 4 hours instead of on the stove.

Apple Style Omelets
A pretty good omelet with a hint of sweetness. I added cinnamon when cooking the apples and used milk instead of cream in the egg mixture, both of which seemed to work fine.
