Deb's Scallops Florentine
rated a 4, because i don't think parboiling the scallops is such a good idea. you can just cook for 5-10 minutes longer with much less effort! I've made this recipe a few times. My substitutions are to add a couple dashes of garlic salt, instead of salt; and to then use grated gruyere, instead of the mozzarella. thanks for the recipe, deb!
