Strawberries and Cream Cake
This recipe is time consuming and takes a lot of prep, but it's so worth it! This is one of the best cakes I've ever made! I got rave reviews, but it doesn't travel very well because it needs to be refrigerated or the whipped cream in the middle will melt and cause the layers to slide.
