Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole
These are great Sweet Potato's for the holidays. I have even used mini pumpkins as baking dish and stuffed them with this recipe for little individual sevings or used a large pumpkin as the baking dish for a little extra effect!

Italian Sausage Mushrooms
These are great! If there is any stuffing left over I heat in a cassarole dish and serve with crackers or even skip stuffing mushrooms all together and use as a hot dip. It is always a hit!!!
