Easy Pizza Sauce III
I added a dash of red pepper flakes and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar - fantastic! I'll never buy pre-made sauce again

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
A keeper! I substituted Splenda for the sugar & used slightly less (I think it's sweeter than sugar, I don't care what the advertisement says!) and I substituted raspberry vinegar for the white vinegar. I also toasted the almonds and sesames seeds together in a 350 degree oven & sprinkled on top. Next time, I'll coat the spinach with the dressing and sprinkle everything else on top so that it doesn't fall to the bottom of the bowl.

Avocado and Tuna Tapas
I turned this into a salad by putting the tuna mixture on a bed of spinach that I had dressed with a simple olive oil/lemmon juice dressing. I sliced the avocado and placed it around the mound of tuna. Very nice presentation.
