Tiramisu Layer Cake
This cake is wonderful! I made it for my brother-in-law's 40th birthday party and *everyone* loved it! I also looks really nice, but is fairly simple to make.

Taco Seasoning Mix
I halved the salt in this, and I think it's just about right now! I also didn't add the beef bullion because I didn't have any on hand. Tasty!

Amy's Barbecue Chicken Salad
I made this salad for myself and two other people and we all gobbled up an entire plate of it! Soooo good. I used the recipe for Absolutely Awesome Bbq Sauce from this site and it made a fabulous dressing. I also basted the chicken in the bbq sauce before grilling for some extra flavor. Thanks for the recipe!
