Osso Buco
I love this recipe. I've made it several times with beef, veal, and lamb shanks. All are great with the dish. I puree the sauce slightly to give it a smoother texture and serve with gnocchi or fettucine. Awesome!!

Kabob Marinade
I make this now everytime I have a bbq or party at the house. Everyone loves it, even the children! Perfect!!

Corn Chowder with Sausage
I hate corn chowder generally, but this is so good. The only corn chowder I'll eat! It's also really simple. I always make a double portion and freeze it in 2 serving portions in ziploc baggies. Wonderful!!
