Salmon with Lemon and Dill
Loved this combination, great with rice and steamed green beans. Just drizzle the plate with the sauce. My 4 yr. old twins even gobbled it up. I did half the butter, used fresh minced garlic, and used 3T. lemon juice. Next time I would serve with lemon wedges too or just use the full amount of lemon.
