Spicy Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Hummus
I did not even know what hummus was until my grown daughter let us try a store bought version. It was ok, grainy but ok. I recently bought a new blender and wanted to make my own version. I started with this recipe, I did not have tahini or a jar of roasted peppers, so I microwaved two small red peppers, added basil tomato feta, sun dried tomatoes, dried basil and hot sauce (instead of cayenne pepper). It was so creamy and delicious! My 5 yr old mowed it down, thank you for sharing!

Zucchini Bread VI
Great texture, easy to put together and everyone loves it!! Great for this time of year and good for you! I substituted lemon juice, added extra cinnamon, and applie pie spice to mine, and it was absolutely wonderful, full of flavor. Would highly recommend!

Banana Banana Bread
I have never used so many bananas. This recipe has everything that has been missing in my banana bread. I make this at least once a week now. I know how good bananas are for you, but I was sick of freezing them or throwing them away. Now, I just throw together this bread and everyone is happy, absolutely delicious!!
