Famous Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing
Delicious! I added 2 celery sticks, minced, as suggested. Will definitely be a staple in my fridge all the time!

Jose's Shrimp Ceviche
Excellent! I added a few cloves of minced garlic and one sliced up avocado to this recipe, the avocados stay green and firm thanks to the acid from juice. Thank you!

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat
Scrumptous and easy to make! I used a lot less hot sauce as my kids would be eating it too. I just added more hot sauce to my tacos...was sooo good!
