Garlic Salmon
This was easy and simple to make with on hand ingredients. My kind of entree! Salmon turned out perfectly cooked and very moist. Very garlicky which is just fine with me. Will make again!

Crispy Baked Basa
I really liked this recipe. The sauce is great and goes well with the basa. I used whole wheat crumbs and they worked fine. The fish didn't crisp up when baked but it was delicious all the same.

Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Crabmeat
This was quite good. Next time, I would add some seasoning to either the breadcrumbs or chicken. The stuffing was great. I didn't use anywhere near the 3 cups of bread crumbs it called for. We really enjoyed it and I would make this for company anytime and feel confident it would be a success.
