Awesome Yogurt Biscuits
I didn't think these turned out when I made them because I only had 1/2 cup of biscuit mix in the cupboard and wasn't sure I mixed the right combination. They didn't rise much but they tasted great. I have more yogurt to use up so I'm going to buy more biscuit mix and make a huge batch. Good recipe! It doesn't get any easier than this one!

Garlic Salmon
This was easy and simple to make with on hand ingredients. My kind of entree! Salmon turned out perfectly cooked and very moist. Very garlicky which is just fine with me. Will make again!

Crispy Baked Basa
I really liked this recipe. The sauce is great and goes well with the basa. I used whole wheat crumbs and they worked fine. The fish didn't crisp up when baked but it was delicious all the same.
