I rarely give out 5 stars but this recipe is truly deserving! Delicious and easy! I did not have any yogurt except Yo Toddlers (baby yogurt) so I subsitituted 1/2 cup of milk. I imagine the yogurt would be even better with the nice tang! Can't wait to make again!

Pumpkin Spice Bread

Very tasty! The whole house smelled good enough to eat! My only thing was I used applesauce instead of oil and the texture was gummy. Next time, I will stick with the oil as written.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

I liked this recipe. It was a good basic recipe. I did half this recipe and still got 12 pancakes out of it. My batch were a little thin and the batter runny but still yummy!

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

An excellent basic chicken noodle soup! You have to add more veggies though. We added carrots as well as fresh garlic, basil, and chives.

Best Ever Banana Bread

The best ever banana bread??? Heck ya! This bread rocked! Super moist, super easy, and super yummy! As usual, I try to stick to the original recipe since I don't have time to tinker around but I did add vanilla and cinnamon for an extra pop of flavor.

Butter Roast Chicken

I was expecting more flavor and was only tasting butter. I would definitely recommend 1/4 cup butter and maybe some fresh grarlic. It was just lacking in flavor.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

A good and easy chili recipe. I prefer mine with chunky veggies so maybe a more chunkier salsa. I topped off with cheddar and green onions. Yummy!

Peppermint Meringues

Could not stop eating these delicious cookies! Love how they were so easy to make. I doubled the recipe with no problems. I left them in the mixer for almost 5 minutes until it was extra stiff. Then placed in a ziploc bag, cut a hole, and dropped onto cookie sheet.

Ranch Dressing II

Just okay. Had to tweak quite a bit more than I really wanted to get some flavor. I did use 1/2 mayo, 1/2 sour cream, and 1/2 buttermilk but the dressing tasted very "sour creamy"

Cheesy Potato Salad

SKIP THE SUGAR! I started adding the 1/4 cup of sugar and realized ahead of time, that's a lot of sugar! I used about 1/2 Tbsp and in the end, that was still too sweet. Other than a sweet punch every so often, it was yummy! I used Mexican cheese and added more bacon for texture

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes

Yummy, fluffy, and easy to make! I am not a big blueberry pancake fan but using fresh is a must for that burst of sweetness. I agree with another reviewer that they are slightly bland without syrup but who eats pancakes without syrup, haha

Creamy Chicken on Linguine

The dish was yummy but had several issues. There was not enough sauce and it could have been thicker. Also, the onions were a bit of a turn off, I agree they need to be diced fine. I added portabello mushrooms, green and red bell peppers, and zucchini. I don't think I will try this one again, too much to fix.

Chunky Monkey Pancakes

Words can not describe how delicious these pancakes were. CCL, thank you so much for sharing. This recipe is five star. The only change I made was used whole milk (DH bought wrong milk this week) and omitted the nuts.

Ropa Vieja in a Slow Cooker

A bland for my taste. I have to admit I forgot the garlic and I know that would have added flavor but this recipe reminded me of a plain pot roast, bland! The taste of the chuck pot roast was so overwhelming and disappointing. A true ropa vieja should be made with a flank steak. Trust me, I was born and raised on ropa vieja growing up in Miami. Trying so many different versions, this recipe was missing something, not just the garlic ;)
