I'm a stay at home mom who loves to cook! We are rarely home but when we are, I like to fix delicious interesting meals for our family! Things that I throw together and come up with on my own! I like to make gourmet sandwiches, fun Asian dishes, and yummy desserts...all with what I have on hand! My mom didn't like cooking so I had to develop my love for it on my own! I found and made a recipe for potatoes au gratin that are from a 5 star restraunt in Dallas (Pappas Bros). They taste EXACTLY like it and I am so pleased!! I once tried to copy Martha Stewart by making an herbed butter burger. It was a disaster. My husband took a bite and butter poured down his chin. I think we ordered pizza. He calls it the "butter burger incident".
