Baked Sweet Potato Sticks
Yum! Worked great! Added more spiced like other reviewers and I needed less time so keep and eye on them and flip 'em too. Dipped them in a honey/mayo mix.

Swiss Vegetable Medley
Yum! I used frozen cauliflower and broccoli and fresh carrots. I don't like swiss so I changed it for cheddar and mozzerella (because it was what I had). MUST USE PIMENTOS! They are so yummy in this! I used cream of broccoli b/c my hubby doesn't do mushrooms. This was good.
