Took this salad to a family bbq and everyone wanted the receipe. It was great. Fresh cucumbers from the garden. I would definately say that the longer this marinates the better. Not a sould complained about the salad being too sweet. Even the kids liked it. I will try brown sugar next time.

This one was not a big hit with the family. I kinda liked it. I think it may have been too much off of our regular menu. I had too many leftovers.

This was an awesome receipe. My guests were late and the supper was overcooked, but the chicken was still moist. I threw the extra sauce right in the pan to cook with the chicken. I was great. I would definately use this one again. I will try chicken breasts next time.
