Microwave Peanut Brittle
A++++. This recipe is wonderful. Although I did make a few changes. I used raw spanish peanuts which are commenly called for in peanut brittle, used a glass 2qt casserole dish (no breakedge), and I used parchment paper on top of the cookie sheet (no mess). Microwave times were dead on. I made 3 batches. The key was to let the microwave set for a bit to cool down between batches. Thank you for a fun, easy, and tasty recipe. Will make this one every year!

Buckeye Balls I
Hmmm not sure where i went wrong here. I read the reviews before making this recipe and decided to cut it down by a 4th because I did not need a big batch. I left the peanut butter mixture in the fridge 3 hours then a 1 hour in the freezer. It never became hard enough to roll into the balls. Just a sloppy mess. I was so excited about these and so disappointed when they didn't turn out.

Rocky Road Drops
This was a excellent recipe!!! These were huge hits with my friends, family, and neighbors. I'm not a big fan of raisins so i omited them, and I melted chocolate in the microwave for 2 minutes. Easy and wonderful thanks so much.
